Endress respects your privacy

Endress uses various forms on its website to make contact:
- Sales of a power generator - price requests, product information, support inquiries
- Customer Service - replacement parts, technical support for already bought power generators, repairs
- Endress Remote Monitoring Application (ERMA) – monitoring of power generators
- Customers – registration – as an Endress service partner in the support network
In the case of all forms there is indication of what data we really need to collect in order to respond to your enquiry. If you wish to send us data you must agree with the privacy statement.
We store your contact data and process it as part of the contract data processing for our partner Salesforce. Salesforce primarily stores personal data in the USA. The Privacy Statement of Salesforce can be found at (https://www.salesforce.com/de/company/privacy/).
The contact data for the “Endress Remote Monitoring Application“ are processed after checking by our specialist department as part of the contract data processing for our partner ComAp a.s. ComAp a.s. stores personal data in the Czech Republic / Prague.

Form data
Provision of false or incomplete details can lead to delays in processing of warranty claims or rejection of a warranty claim!
If the device is no longer under warranty or there are faults present which are not caused by Endress, invoicing (expenses incurred for arrival and departure, travel costs and working hours as well as any findings costs arising) is according to the conditions stated on the current price list for deployment of personnel. The clauses of our General Terms of Business (in the respective latest status) shall apply exclusively, which we are happy to send to you on request.
Data protection: With your signature, you agree that we may store and process your details and personal data at our premises for processing a “Notification of claim / repair order“.

Newsletter
You can request a newsletter in as far as you have agreed to it being sent to you. You can cancel the newsletter again at any time by sending a formless email to vertrieb@endress-stromerzeuger.de.

Operating over the Prettl Group website, Endress uses the application platform rexx systems which is promoted by rexx systems GmbH Headquarters, Süderstrasse 75-79, 20097 Hamburg, Germany. rexx systems is a platform which allows one to apply for a job.
When you call up a web page on our website, an embedded link is presented there as a connection to rexx systems in order to allow the technical transmission of job application documentation. Upon establishment of a connection to rexx systems, data are transmitted to rexx systems.
The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by rexx systems as well as Endress and the Prettl Group serves to allow application management. In the digital applicant file one can find all the data about candidates as well as the complete contact history.
When visiting the rexx systems websites, rexx systems stores as standard the IP address which was assigned to you by your Internet Service Provider, the website from which you visited us, the websites you actually visit and the date and length of your visit. Personal data which we need exclusively to process your job application will only then be saved when you authorise this as part of your application. Your personal information and data are collected with the greatest of care and integrity, stored and only used for the specified purpose. The provisions of the German Federal Data Protection Act should be observed. In doing we only collect the data which it is necessary to have to process your application to Endress Produktions Holding GmbH.
You declare that you are in agreement with processing and transmission of your data exclusively for the application process. You declare that the details you have given are all correct. You are also aware of the fact that submission of false information can lead to dissolution of any possible employment relationship.
Your online - application
After entry and transmission of your data, this passes directly over an encrypted connection to the server used by our external service provider rexx systems. All data are encrypted on the basis of the SSL process. If you log on after your registration using the user data provided, the SSL encryption process will also be used for that.
Data security for online - job application
Your data are hosted by a provider as part of the contract data processing. Both Endress Produktions Holding GmbH and the provider use technical and organisational security measures to protect your collected data against any accidental or deliberate manipulation, loss, destruction or against access to it by unauthorised persons. Our security measures are being continuously improved according to technological development.
Right to information for online - job application

Use of Endress Websupervisor for E-RMA
When you register over https://endressparts.com at https://endress.websupervisor.net/#/login you gain access to our web portal for checking and controlling your generator. We can gain access to your input data on the generator to perform service work in order to read out error messages and to change settings if necessary. We will only gain access to your input data when you have reported the need for servicing.
